Bob Heck
Entertainment
- From the
moment your
first guest
arrives, to
the moment
you are
getting hugs
and
handshakes
from your
family and
friends at
the end of
the night,
Bob Heck
Entertainment
has your
reception
covered. All
of our DJ's
are also
built in
event
planners. We
are
constantly
making sure
your
photographer
and
videographer
are in the
loop to
ensure they
are ready
for your
first dance
or cake
cutting with
fresh
batteries
and anything
else they
may need. We
also make
sure you are
informed and
comfortable
with what is
coming up
next and
what is
going to
happen.
During
cocktail
hour, we
have light
jazz music
playing in
the
background
(unless you
have another
preference
of course)
at a low
level so
that your
family and
friends can
chat.
|

|
|
Before
introductions, we line up
your wedding party, do a
final check on
pronunciations of all names,
and tell them where to go
once they enter the
ballroom. Then we introduce
your wedding party into the
room in a fun, elegant,
energetic manner.
During dinner we play a wide
selection of music from
Frank Sinatra to Hall and
Oates to John Mayer, again,
at an acceptable volume so
that your guests can have
conversations (and again, if
you have music preferences
during dinner we are
thrilled to honor your
request).
All the while we are reading
your family and friends to
come up with a playlist that
will work during dancing.
Once we open up the dance
floor we play a wide range
of music to please all of
your guests from 8-80 years
old up on the dance floor,
mixing in the requests you
have submitted and staying
away from the songs you put
on your Do Not Play List.
We have options for every
part of your big day, from
an alternate way to give
away the bouquet, to
including a grand parent in
the parent dances to crowd
interaction at the tail end
of dinner, we have options
to make your wedding day the
best it can be. At Bob Heck
Entertainment, it is your
day, it's your way. |

James Hall
Events
- "A
professional
DJ does more
than push
buttons and
play music"
For any
event to be
successful,
it takes
skill,
talent,
music
knowledge,
planning and
attention to
detail. A
professional
DJ will be
your host,
announcer,
vendor
liaison, and
event
coordinator.
A
professional
DJ will use
quality
sound
equipment,
have on-site
backup
equipment,
use legal
music
covering all
different
types and
genres, and
carry both
equipment
and
liability
insurance.
Choosing the
right
entertainment
is one of
the most
important
decisions
you will
need to
make.
Whether it’s
shopping for
your dress,
décor, cake,
photographer,
and
reception
location be
aware that
the lowest
price is
often not
the best
value. If
your friends
and family
leave early
due to a
less than
adequate DJ,
because they
were the
lowest price
it will
impact the
value of
everything
you've spent
on your
venue, food,
beverages
and décor,
because no
one will be
there to
enjoy it.
"The
entertainment
can make
your day
special, or
ruin it.”
If you think
about any
event you
have
attended in
your life,
whether it
is a family
get-together
or someone’s
wedding, you
will always
remember the
best times
before all
others.
Employing a
professional
DJ will
affect how
much your
family and
friends
enjoy your
reception.
Having the
right music
that
accommodates
everyone
will be the
difference |
|
|
between a
lackluster event and one you
will remember for the rest
of your life."
Enjoy peace of mind in
knowing that your special
day is being handled from a
professional DJ service with
over 20 years as a mobile
disc jockey and an extensive
number of successful
weddings.
James Hall will be your
personal DJ and emcee for
the entire event. Your event
is guaranteed to be the only
one scheduled on that day.
All special moments will be
coordinated with your
photographer and video
photographer to ensure that
your special moments are
captured. |
